Welcome to tbaj. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the tbaj platform, including all services, features, games, betting markets, promotional offers, and content made available at https://tbaj.bio and any associated mobile interfaces (collectively, the "Platform"). tbaj is operated as an online entertainment and betting destination serving players across Bangladesh.

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, placing a bet, participating in a promotion, or making a deposit, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

These Terms should be read alongside the tbaj Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and tbaj. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the content of other documents, these Terms shall prevail unless a specific document expressly states otherwise.

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use the tbaj Platform. By completing the registration process, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. tbaj reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. If verification reveals that a player is under 21, the account will be immediately suspended, all bonuses forfeited, and any winnings generated during the underage period will be void and non-payable.

2.2 Jurisdiction

You are solely responsible for ensuring that accessing and using the tbaj Platform complies with the laws, regulations, and rules applicable in your jurisdiction. tbaj makes no representation that the Platform is legally accessible in all locations. Players who access the Platform from jurisdictions where online betting is prohibited do so entirely at their own risk and legal responsibility.

2.3 Registration Process

To access the full functionality of the Platform, you must create a tbaj account by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, contact details, and preferred payment method. You agree to keep this information up to date. Providing false or misleading registration information is grounds for immediate account closure without refund of deposits.

2.4 One Account Rule

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one tbaj account. Creating, operating, or benefiting from multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. tbaj employs identity verification, device fingerprinting, and payment method tracking to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be closed and combined balances forfeited.

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tbaj login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any other person. tbaj will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login details.

3.2 Unauthorised Access

If you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your account, you must notify tbaj support immediately at [email protected]. Upon receiving such notification, tbaj will take reasonable steps to secure the account, which may include a temporary account freeze pending investigation.

3.3 Account Accuracy

You are responsible for ensuring all activity conducted under your account is consistent with these Terms. Bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals initiated from your account are considered to have been authorised by you unless you have reported a security breach in accordance with clause 3.2. tbaj is not obligated to reverse transactions that were completed before a security notification was received.

3.4 Account Currency

All tbaj accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All deposits, balances, bets, winnings, and withdrawals are displayed and processed in BDT. tbaj does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Any currency conversion required as part of a payment transaction is the responsibility of the relevant payment service provider and their applicable exchange rates.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

tbaj accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, City Bank transfer, BRAC Bank transfer, Islami Bank transfer, and Sonali Bank transfer. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit enforced at the platform level, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits. Players are advised to check the applicable limits with their chosen payment provider before initiating large deposits.

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to the player's tbaj wallet within two to five minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take up to four hours during standard business hours. tbaj is not responsible for delays caused by payment providers, bank processing times, or technical issues outside its direct control.

4.4 Own Funds Obligation

You may only deposit funds that legally belong to you. Deposits made using funds obtained through illegal means, third-party payment accounts not registered in your name, or unauthorised use of another person's payment method are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and referral to the relevant authorities where applicable.

5.1 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed. Players may accumulate balance and submit a withdrawal request once the minimum threshold is met.

5.2 Withdrawal Methods

Withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method used to make the qualifying deposit into the account. If a player has deposited using multiple methods, withdrawals will be proportionally returned to the originating methods up to the deposited amounts. Remaining winnings beyond deposited amounts may be withdrawn via the player's primary registered payment method.

5.3 Processing Times

tbaj targets withdrawal processing within 30 minutes to four hours for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within one to two business days. These are target timeframes and are not guaranteed — delays may occur during peak periods, scheduled maintenance windows, or where verification steps are required.

5.4 Verification Requirements

tbaj reserves the right to request identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Verification may include a copy of a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and confirmation of the payment method used. Withdrawal requests will be held pending until satisfactory verification is completed. Players are encouraged to complete identity verification proactively via their account settings to avoid delays.

5.5 Withdrawal Restrictions

Withdrawal requests may be declined or suspended where: (a) the account is under investigation for fraud or policy violations; (b) active bonus wagering requirements have not been satisfied; (c) the account balance is insufficient to cover the requested amount; or (d) the player has an outstanding dispute that is pending resolution by tbaj support.

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, deposit match promotions, and other promotional incentives offered by tbaj are subject to the specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail for the duration of that promotion only.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless a bonus is explicitly stated to be "no wagering", all bonus funds credited to a player's account are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible game contribution rates, minimum odds requirements, and expiry timeframe are stated on the individual bonus page. Bonus funds that expire without the wagering requirement being met are forfeited without replacement.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

tbaj monitors bonus activity for patterns consistent with abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine play; coordinated multi-account bonus claiming; use of staking patterns that qualify for wagering requirements while minimising actual risk exposure. Where bonus abuse is identified, tbaj reserves the right to void the bonus balance, reverse associated winnings, and restrict future promotional eligibility.

6.4 Loyalty Program

The tbaj Loyalty Program operates under its own schedule of earning rates, tier thresholds, and redemption rules published on the Loyalty Program page. Loyalty points are non-transferable, have no cash value until redeemed in accordance with program rules, and may be adjusted or discontinued by tbaj with reasonable advance notice to affected players.

6.5 Seasonal Promotions

tbaj may offer seasonal promotional campaigns tied to events including but not limited to Eid ul-Fitr, Eid ul-Adha, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day, Independence Day, BPL, IPL, and ICC tournaments. Eligibility criteria, earn-rate multipliers, and reward structures for seasonal promotions are published in advance and are subject to early termination at tbaj's discretion where circumstances require.

7.1 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tbaj Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and possible legal action:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any mechanical or electronic device to place bets or interact with games.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes, split winnings from bonus funds, or circumvent house edge through coordinated play.
• Exploitation of software bugs, errors, or malfunctions to generate winnings not reflecting genuine game outcomes.
• Any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or use of insider information to obtain an unfair advantage in sports betting markets.
• Chargebacks or reversal of deposits after betting activity has been conducted using those funds.
• Use of VPN, proxy, or anonymising technology to misrepresent your location or circumvent regional access restrictions.

7.2 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or connectivity issue that affects the outcome of a bet or game round, tbaj reserves the right to void the affected rounds and return staked amounts to the player's account. Winnings generated from a clearly malfunctioning game or betting market are void and will not be paid out. The decision of tbaj's technical team on malfunction matters is final.

8.1 Sports Betting

All sports betting markets on tbaj are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport and market type. Settlement of bets is based on official results as confirmed by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for international cricket, BCB for BPL fixtures). In the event of a dispute over a sporting result, tbaj's decision — made after reviewing available official sources — is final and binding.

8.2 Live Casino

Live casino games are operated by third-party providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, Ezugi, and SA Gaming. The rules of each live casino game are governed by the rules of the respective provider and are displayed within the game interface. tbaj facilitates access to these games but is not responsible for interruptions caused by the provider's own technical infrastructure.

8.3 Slots and RNG Games

All slot and RNG-based games available on tbaj use certified random number generator technology. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are published within individual game information panels. Outcomes are determined independently on each spin or game round; previous results have no bearing on future outcomes. tbaj does not manipulate game outcomes or RTP performance for individual players.

8.4 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void in circumstances including: cancellation of the relevant sporting event; obvious pricing errors resulting in manifestly incorrect odds; settlement of a market based on incorrect information that is subsequently corrected; or where fraud or manipulation of the relevant market is confirmed by the governing body. Voided bets are returned to the player's balance in full.

Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are binding for the period requested. During an active self-exclusion period, the player may not circumvent the restriction by creating a new account.

tbaj will not accept responsibility for gambling-related harms where a player has provided false information to bypass age verification or responsible gaming controls. Players who believe their gambling is becoming problematic are encouraged to seek assistance from qualified support organisations before the situation escalates.

tbaj collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with the tbaj Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy.

Personal data collected during the registration and verification process is used exclusively for account management, payment processing, fraud prevention, age and identity verification, and responsible gaming monitoring. tbaj does not sell player data to third parties for marketing purposes.

All data transmissions between your device and the tbaj Platform are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption. Player passwords are stored using industry-standard hashing protocols and are never stored or transmitted in plain text.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tbaj shall not be liable for: (a) any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform; (b) loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunities; (c) interruptions to service caused by maintenance, third-party failures, or events outside tbaj's reasonable control; or (d) losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms.

tbaj's total aggregate liability to any individual player in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits tbaj's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by tbaj's own negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12.1 Closure by Player

You may request closure of your tbaj account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, tbaj will process any pending withdrawal of the remaining account balance via the player's registered payment method, subject to standard verification and withdrawal procedures. Accounts with active bonus wagering requirements outstanding at the time of closure will have bonus balances forfeited prior to the withdrawal of any real-money balance.

12.2 Closure by tbaj

tbaj reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion where: the player has violated any provision of these Terms; fraudulent activity, money laundering, or match-fixing is suspected or confirmed; the player has provided false registration information; or continued operation of the account would expose tbaj to legal or regulatory risk. In cases of confirmed fraud or Terms violation, balances may be forfeited in whole or in part.

Any dispute arising from the use of the tbaj Platform should be submitted to tbaj support in writing at [email protected] within 30 days of the event giving rise to the dispute. Disputes submitted more than 30 days after the event may be declined at tbaj's discretion.

tbaj aims to acknowledge all dispute submissions within 48 hours and to reach a resolution within 14 business days. Complex cases involving third-party providers (e.g., live casino game providers or payment processors) may require additional time. The decision reached by tbaj's dispute resolution team following a thorough investigation is final and binding, subject to any applicable legal rights you may hold.

For betting-related disputes, tbaj will review available data including server-side bet logs, game round records, and official sporting results. Where a discrepancy exists between information displayed on the player's device and tbaj's server records, the server-side record shall be treated as authoritative.

tbaj reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, tbaj will provide reasonable advance notice via the Platform, registered email address, or both. Non-material corrections (such as typographical fixes, clarifications that do not alter the substance of existing obligations, or updates to contact information) may be made without prior notice.

Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with clause 12.1. The version number and effective date displayed at the top of this document identify the currently applicable revision.
